Founded in 2005, Maritech Group, Inc. (MGI) is a woman and minority-owned small business located within
southeastern Virginia. We pride ourselves in providing industrial cleaning and repair services to government,
commercial,and ship repair facilities.

Maritech Group provides quality hands-on marine environmental services and products to government and
industry, both domestically and internationally. For the last five years, Maritech Group in Portsmouth has
established a reputation for undertaking a multitude of ship repair tasks; with enthusiasm and dedication for
performance that most often exceeds the customer's requirements.

Maritech Group is fully licensed and insured, and we are USCG approved to conduct maritime operations. MGI is in
compliance with all OSHA and EPA laws and regulations. In addition, MGI has a quality system that is applicable to
both government and commercial ships. We are intimately familiar in working with various shipboard systems,
tanks, bilges, holding tank systems that are found throughout a navy or commercial ship, and have performed
tasking on nearly every one of these systems. We are proud of the excellent workmanship our professional staff
exhibits on all types of U.S. Navy and commercial vessels.

The cornerstone of Maritech's success has always been our highly skilled personnel. We have worked hard to
cultivate a seasoned, dedicated staff of professionals with a multitude of years of experience in handling, pumping,
transferring, decontamination and disposal of petroleum and other shipboard fluids. We have accomplished
numerous tank cleaning and remediation tasks, and have always performed to the customer's requirements.
